The city of Yinchuan has a desert climate wherein there is hardly any rainfall throughout the year and that makes the summers hard-hitting. The days are generally hot and nights chilly. It may be a bit hard for the international students to live there but the hostels with all the best kind of facilities make it a quite comfortable.
