Admission process in India

Entrance Test

Any candidate who wants to study MBBS in India needs to take an entrance exam conducted nationally by the government of India. NEET (National Eligibility Entrance Test) for graduate-level medical courses and NEET PG (National Eligibility Entrance Test for Post-Graduation)

Pass NEET

For getting admission, a student must have to pass NEET with good marks. Students must have 60% in PCB for general and 40% for SC/ St or other categories. Students should have Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English as compulsory subjects for standard 12.

Age limit

The age limit for the MBBS in India for the student is a minimum of 17 years and not more than 25 years. (The Government of India has recently put this limitation on the upper age limit as 25 years)
